We currently ship within the United States only.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are made to order with a production time of 5–8 business days, plus 4–7 business days for delivery. Total delivery time is typically 9–15 business days from order placement.

Returns & Refunds

Do you offer free returns?

Yes! Return shipping is free. We'll provide a prepaid return label so you don't pay anything out of pocket.

How long do I have to return my order?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item(s).

Do you charge a restocking fee?

It depends on the reason for the return:

  • No restocking fee if the item is damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, color, or size.
  • 20% restocking fee applies for returns due to personal reasons (changed mind, wrong size ordered, different color/style preference).

Free return shipping applies in both cases.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes. If your order contains multiple items, you may return eligible items individually. Refunds will be issued only for returned items after inspection and approval. Restocking fees (if applicable) are applied per returned item.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Most customers see the refund within 3–10 business days, depending on their bank or financial institution.

Can I return items that have been worn or used?

No. Items must be returned unworn, unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Exchanges

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes! Exchanges are handled through our return + reorder process:

  1. Return the original item using our free return label
  2. Place a new order for the item you want instead

Do I have to wait for my refund before ordering my replacement?

No. Your exchange purchase is a separate transaction, so you can immediately reorder the new item once you initiate your return. Many customers prefer this to ensure their new item doesn't go out of stock.

Product & Quality Questions

What if my item arrived damaged or defective?

We'll make it right. Please contact us with photos of the damage and packaging. We will either replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund—your choice.

Do you accept returns for custom or personalized items?

Custom artwork is made specifically for you and is final sale, unless the issue was caused during production or shipping.
