Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

What is your return policy?

Eligible ready-to-ship items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unused and in their original condition
Returned in the original packaging (when applicable)
Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number

The following items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or we made an error:

Commissioned artwork
Personalized artwork
Clearance items
Gift cards

How do exchanges work?

Exchanges are handled as a return-and-reorder process. Once your eligible return has been approved, you may place a new order for the item you'd like instead.

Do you accept custom commissions?

Yes. We accept commissions for select artwork and hand-painted cowboy hats. Each commission is individually created, so production times vary. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss your project and receive a quote.

Are your products original?

Yes. Every design begins as original artwork created by Geode Soul. Our collections include one-of-a-kind handcrafted artwork, commissioned pieces, and professionally produced made-to-order products featuring our original designs.
