Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Geode Soul. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.


30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • With tags and original packaging (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos (required if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

For faster resolution, please inspect your order upon arrival and report any issues within 7 business days of delivery.

If your return is approved, we will email you:

  • Return instructions

  • A prepaid return shipping label (to download and print)

  • The confirmed return address

Free Returns and Restocking Fees

Return shipping is free on approved returns.

No Restocking Fee (Our Error):
No restocking fee applies if the return is due to our error, including:

  • Damaged or defective item

  • Wrong item sent

  • Wrong color sent

  • Wrong size sent

20% Restocking Fee (Personal Preference):
A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund if the return is due to personal preference, including:

  • Changed mind

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Prefer a different color

  • Prefer a different style

The restocking fee applies when the return is not due to our error.


Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as a return + reorder.

You may reorder at any time. The refund and new order are separate transactions.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at contact@geodestrm.com
