I appreciate your interest in commissioning a custom geode or agate art piece from Geode Soul! Each commission is a unique collaboration, designed to bring your vision to life. Each commission is a unique collaboration, designed to bring your vision to life. Please review the following policy carefully before placing a custom order: 

1. Customization Options 
- Color Palette: Choose the colors that best suit your style or space. 
- Stone Selection*: Include stunning materials like quartz, amethyst, rose quartz, tiger eye, sapphire, jasper, and obsidian. 
- Base Material: Either a traditional canvas or a durable wood panel for the foundation. 
- Special Touches: Incorporate organic crystals or additional elements to make your artwork unique. 

2. Deposit and Payment Terms 
- A 30% non-refundable deposit** is required to begin work on your custom piece. 
- The remaining balance is due upon completion and must be paid before the artwork is shipped. 

3. Timeline 
- The creation process takes 7 to 10 days due to the curing time required for epoxy resin. 
- Please allow additional time for shipping after the piece is completed. 

4. Refunds and Cancellations 
- Due to the highly personalized nature of custom artwork, all commission sales are final and non-refundable. 
- Once the deposit is paid, cancellations will forfeit the deposit to cover materials and time invested. 

5. Communication and Approval 
- You will receive updates throughout the creation process, including progress photos. 
- Minor adjustments can be made during the early stages of the project. Major changes after the design is finalized may incur additional fees. 

6. Shipping and Delivery 
- Upon completion, your custom piece will be carefully packaged and shipped. 
- Shipping costs will be included in your final invoice, and tracking information will be provided.
