Returns & Exchanges (Quick Overview)

Please review your items upon delivery.

If we made an error or your item arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days so we can process your replacement or refund quickly.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items.

Partial Returns & Refunds

If your order contains multiple items, you may return eligible items individually. Refunds will be issued for the returned items only and will be processed after inspection and approval. Shipping fees (if any) and restock fees (if applicable) are applied per returned item.

When to Contact Us (Within 7 Days)

For faster processing, contact us within 7 days if:

  You received the wrong item, size, or color
  
• 
  Your item arrived damaged
  
• 
  There was an error on our part
  

If you wish to reorder, you may reorder right away — this will be a separate transaction.

Return & Exchange Process

  Returns must be unworn, unused, and in the original packaging.
  
• 
  We will email you a prepaid return label that you can download and print.
  
• 
  Exchanges are treated as a separate transaction (you return the original item and purchase the desired item).
  

Restock Fee Policy

If the return or exchange is due to personal preference, such as:

• 
  Changing your mind
  
• 
  Wanting a different size, color, or style
  
• 
  Wanting a completely different item
  

Then a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

If the return or exchange is due to our error, the restocking fee does not apply.
